OGE Launches New and Improved Institute for Ethics in Government (IEG) Website

August 25, 2025

Do you use the IEG website to find professional development opportunities, maintain professional certificates, or conduct research into various ethics topics but wish it was easier to search, sort, and find what you’re looking for?

The wait is over. With input from ethics officials from across the government, OGE has modernized the IEG website.

You will now have access to full text search that even looks within the transcripts of video offerings; powerful sorting tools to help you find the latest courses; and improved course pages with cleaner aesthetics, and mobile responsiveness. You also have access to new offerings like Quick Start Guides for new ethics officials in a hurry, and Courses of Study when you have time and really want to dig into an ethics topic. We’ve also launched a guide for agencies using the IEG to better develop the skills of their ethics team members.

You’ll still quickly find registration for upcoming courses and the various job aids and resources you rely upon, but the experience should be much improved.

So why wait?  You can visit the new and improved IEG website right now by clicking here: IEG | Home
